I happen to have her scone recipe … because it’s mine as well.
You may notice the recipe seems to make a lot. It does. This recipe makes sixteen large scones. Or twenty-four smaller ones. She bakes for a writing group, after all. I baked scones every week for my writing group, too. So there you go.
If you don’t have a group to bake for, they freeze beautifully.
